Dr. Jewell has extensive program evaluation experience and is available to work on private or grant funded evaluation projects. He has designed and implemented program evaluations for a number of county, state, and federally funded projects.

Dr. Jewell and his associates have experience gathering and reporting federal GPRA data. He has most recently served as designated program evaluator for several SAMHSA federally funded projects including: Madison County Project Safe Recovery and Project New Direction, the Illinois 4th Circuit Court’s T.E.C.H. Health Initiatives Technology program, and the newly funded Operation Lifeline. He also has experience reporting for several BJA grants, including Madison County Project Restore, and the newly funded Madison County Healing Heroes.
